Instructions for use:
1. When the voltage is lower than 6.5V, please charge the machine, please turn off when charging, it will show green light when charging, and it will go off when it is fully charged.
2. Suitable for spot welding 0.2mm pure nickel, 0.3mm nickel plating, recommended settings:
0.1mm nickel plating-pulse 2~3ms.
0.15mm nickel plating-pulse 4~6ms.
0.2mm nickel plating-pulse 6~9ms.
0.3mm Nickel plating-pulse 10~13ms.
0.2mm pure nickel-pulse 12~15ms.
When the device voltage is lower, the pulse time adjustment is larger, the maximum is 15ms.
3. A full charge can weld 0.15 nickel sheet 2500 times, 0.2mm nickel sheet about 1500 times. The adapter requires 5V, 2A or more.
